Broken Pipe Causes Great Water Damage in West Palm Beach, FL

When this customer in West Beach called SERVPRO, they had seen great amounts of visible mold around their home they called a plumbing company. After speaking with the plumber, there was a broken leak found. Worried and not wanting to have more damage done, they called us and we got to them right away. Upon arrival of the job our crew noticed that the extent of the damage was greater than initially thought. Not only was there mold behind one place where it was clearly visible, but it was behind several walls. Our crew conducted a mold test and the results came back above normal limits. We immediately brought in equipment to remove any moisture left in the air. The job was completed within a week of initial call.
